Durned 'Ole Mexican Buzzard

I’m all about the Caracara… The old crackers (that’s a regional term for Florida cowcatchers and natives by the way) called them Mexican Buzzards, the Mexicans call them Caranchos, science people annotate their name as CRCA I think.  They are an interesting bird.  Very astute, adaptive, and elusive.  In my part of the world, which is Florida, they are natives and found out in rural areas and south into the floodplains and farms surrounding Okechobee.
